E3A Ventures Oy 3114823-5 (hereinafter online store) sells products to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

Ordering
The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the e-commerce checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The ordered products and the price appear in the order confirmation.
Payment
The payment intermediary of the online store is Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Bambora’s online service and Bambora or Paybyway Oy appears on the account statement and invoice as the payee. Bambora forwards the payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction.
The transaction is created between the e-commerce customer and the e-commerce. E-commerce is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods
Through the PayForm service, you can pay with online banking IDs, wallet, payment cards (credit / debit), invoice or installment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Flexible and Enterpay Invoice for the company.
Enterpay Invoice for company:
You can pay for purchases directly with a standard invoice addressed to your business. The invoice payment period is 14 days from the invoice date. The billing surcharge is 5.00 euros. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online shopping to pay for the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the debit card attached to the wallet. If it is not possible to charge the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online store.

Flexible Invoice and Installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Flexibility is for individuals who have managed their finances properly. With flexibility, you get 30 days of interest-free and no-cost payment period. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With installment payment, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting from 9.90 eur / month. The cost of the flexible installment is EUR 3.90 / month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can pay 30 to 3000 euros for purchases with Flexible. Aurajoki Nordic Oy is the lender. Delivery
Orders are mailed on weekdays. The delivery time for delivered products is usually 3-5 business days. Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, the weight and size of the order. You will see the delivery costs in the e-commerce checkout function before the final acceptance of the order. Delays in deliveries may occur during the holidays due to congestion of courier services. Orders are generally sent by letter, so it is not possible to track the order.
If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately, but within 14 days to the online store. Packages damaged in delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for delivery.
Returns, order cancellation, liability for errors and complaints
The gift card must be used in accordance with its terms.
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The gift card acts as a means of payment with the amount marked on the gift card.
A gift card must be included when you want to pay for the service.
The gift card will not be exchanged for cash.
The gift card can be used in parts.
Gift cards are physical cards and are mailed to the address chosen by the customer in Finland.
A lost gift card will not be exchanged for a new one and the money will not be refunded.
An expired gift card cannot be used and will be canceled.
Services marked on the gift card are subject to availability.
The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service first. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
